About me
Hi! I’m Allison, a leadership coach and your thrival guide. And someone who’s lived the highs and heartbreaks of leading a mission-driven organization. I work with nonprofit leaders who are tired, just like I was. I paved a path forward for myself, and you can too. You don't have to figure this out alone. You don't have to burnout for your organization to thrive.
I can’t wait to help you nurture a thriving career and workplace.

I have been confidently “bossy” since the age of four when my younger sister was born — eventually I became the "boss" at a nonprofit and after a few years my confidence started to sway. Eventually I developed a powerful, intentional leadership style rooted in inclusion and collaboration. Today I lead by listening, coaching, and helping others build the clarity and courage they need to lead — or leave — well.
For ten years I led a mission-drive organization that I deeply loved and our mission mattered. Eventually, I realized something powerful: Staying when you're depleted isn't noble. It's dangerous. So I built my own roadmap—one that let me exit gracefully, preserve my relationships, and protect the organization I helped build. And it worked. I left with peace, clarity, and a new sense of purpose.
I'm excited to share the tips and tricks I developed over the years to build a thriving workplace in a thriving environment. I will also share the strategies I used when I decied that I was done. No matter where you are in your journey, and where you think you want to go, I can help.
Today, when not traveling the world using points and miles, I live in a tiny house in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Indianapolis with my community cat, Weezy, who sometimes comes inside 😉. She loves to make appearances in my social media posts.
